Our commercial projects range from shop fitouts to agricultural sheds. Here are some recent examples;

Steve was part of the management team charged with overseeing the construction of the Athletes Village for the 2010 Winter Olympics in Whistler, Canada. Steve ran the Deficiency and Quality Control team who’s role was to ensure that the various contractors employed to construct the 300 residential units met the stringent quality standards and local council regulations.

This project exemplifies the Onsite Builder’s team’s ability to be creative and adaptable, and the results are fantastic. A pharmacy requires good security and a high level of hygiene so this cavernous space with it’s open trusses and heavy timber work created quite a challenge. By walling in the space, building a false ceiling over the dispensary, fitting stainless steel security mesh over the open trusses and the installation of regulation fire and alarm systems a unique and workable space was created.

We construct sheds of any size and design. Not only are our prices comparable with kit-set options, but our sheds are stronger and built to last.

We will take on any farm building project from sheep yards to dog kennels allowing you to get the design you want with quality that will last.

Shop fit-outs always run to a tight schedule and this café revamp was no exception. A new upstairs seating area was created and the entire space given a new lease of life. Steve and other contractors worked around the clock and had this café ready for opening day.

We build access bridges for both farm and residential use and can deal with the engineering and consent requirements for you.

If you are after a concrete pad for parking, an outdoor dining area, a foundation or even a swimming pool we can box, pour, colour and cut the concrete to suit you needs.
